Trying to call and get my mother’s prescription called into pharmacy. Have been trying to reach the office for two days. Yesterday I called around 3pm and was told they’re closed and the answering service said to call back since the recording says they’re open 9-5. No luck. Called today and was hung up on and then placed on infinite hold. Still no prescription call-in for my mom. Also during the appointment the office needs cleaning and updating, staff is not friendly at all and not much was explained to us. I had to be sure... read more

Called to make an appointment and was left holding for a half an hour. Called from a different number and tried to speak to receptionist who hunt up on me. Today is 2/6/19 at 1:30pm. This is disgraceful when the receptionist staff has no regard for the patient or potential patient. If a physician cannot control the way his administrative staff who does scheduling and tracts labs is handled it directly impacts the quality of care.

I would prefer another doctor over Dr. Erinne. My mother has been in the hospital for 4 days and he hasn't spoken to the family about her care. She's 80 years old with her own specialists that take good care of her.

Staff very unprofessional. Waiting room often dirty. At least 3-4 hrs after appt time before u r seen. Today was my mother's last time. She deserves respect and she sure has never gotten it here. I wouldn't even send no one here. TERRIBLE, AWLFUL, ETC EXPERIENCES
