Dr. Chen is very through and knowledgeable doctor. I have been to his office multiple times and he is always attentive and ready help - he treats you when appropriate and refers you to the right specialists when needed. He is very disciplined and follows the rules, which I like, because you know he will always do the right thing (although from the other reviews, I see others maybe do not like that style of doctoring). I went to Dr. Chen for specific exams. He was very kind, professional and prepared all the paperwork correctly. The labwork was als done just fine. My only observation for not giving my 5th star is the cleaningness of the cleaning. Some deep cleaning will help with the overall impression and feeling of the patients that they are in a hygienic place.
Dr. Chen is a very caring and responsive doctor, always willing to spend time with me and fully understand and discuss my needs. His staff is likewise caring and supportive. I’m very thankful for their assistance through a tough experience.
The doctor is very impatient and he won’t explain anything before and after the exam. You just get confused yourself and figure it out by yourself. So why do we need the doctor excuse me? Arrogant, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He likes to interrupt you and you won’t even be able to ask a word. The clinic is very dirty.
