Dr. Chen is a very caring and responsive doctor, always willing to spend time with me and fully understand and discuss my needs. His staff is likewise caring and supportive. I’m very thankful for their assistance through a tough experience.
The doctor is very impatient and he won’t explain anything before and after the exam. You just get confused yourself and figure it out by yourself. So why do we need the doctor excuse me? Arrogant, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He likes to interrupt you and you won’t even be able to ask a word. The clinic is very dirty.

I have been going to this clinic since 2006. Never had an issue. Appointments have always been available, i have not had an issue with walk in appointment as well. Front desk Ms Lucia is very accommodating. The gentleman who is the lab tech knows how to handle my situation and is very helpful. Dr. Chen calls and follows up after appointment to check to make sure on my well being.
Don't come here since doctor will yell at you, disrespect you, and treat you like a very ill patient although you just run a test!🤯 The doctor is extremely arrogant, lack of sympathy, and never listens to you. He judges the situation even if he doesn’t know what happened on you. Actually, he made me feel humiliated. I am so regret why I just didn’t read the reviews before I went there. I am so confused that the clinic still stands there for couple years although many patients complain to the clinic and the doctor.
