I recieved a statement for $10.00 for an exam done 11/14/2012? I paid $50.00 copayment that day, I could not be seen without paying it? the statement this office sent me shows visit was $200.00, my insurance paid $55.00 write off is $135.00? Leaves me to pay $10.00. What happend to the $50.00 copayment I paid that day? Did the staff pocket it? I would not go here. Stay away!!!
