30 YEARS OF SEEING DR HALE THROUGH GOOD NEWS AND BAD HE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY CONSISTENT
Worst doctor in Lubbock. Missed diagnosis of AFib after it has been going on for almost two months. As a doctor it should not be that hard to catch an irregular heart beat. Would not recommend to anyone ever.
Dr. Hale has been our family's physician for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about health conditions as well as medicine. He knows when to treat aggressively, when to refer to a specialist, and when to just listen. His nurses and office staff are fantastic. That's something that matters a lot. After 20+ years of having him as a physician I would not change a thing.
Rediculous Waiting time just to get a referral.... almost hour and a half. Why set an appointment when they can't even stay on time.... Terrible!
Dr. Hale has been our family doctor for almost 15 years. He is a pharmacist as well as a doctor and understands medicine very well. He knows when to be conservative, and when to be aggressive. He's one of the best doctors in West Texas.
I have been seeing Dr. Hale for almost 30 years. My parents, my children and my husband go to him. The staff is amazing, they always make time for calls and appointments. I am normally in and out of his office in an hour.
Dr. Hale has been my PCP for about 15 years now and I wouldn't change a thing.
