Best doctor I've ever had for 34 plus years. Haven't found a good or even remotely close to Dr. Carlis's amazing care and wonderful bedside manners. I hope and pray that he would start A part time practice. Everyone knows that he was waay to young to retire anyways. Come on Dr Carlis COME BACK!!!
