I was with this doctor for years because i had medi-cal which is not the greatest either. I was diagnosed with cfs by his partner who at the time was Dr shelton whom by the way i loved. Dr Bolivar reviewed my file and called me into his office to tell me there was no such thing as cfs (cronic fatigue syn) and told me i need mental help since then i have never and will never go to his office little lone refer anyone to him.
