This office is terrible. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. They came in, numbed my mouth and left me in the room for 2 hours. They finally came back, pulled the tooth, and then told me they would call in antibiotics and pain meds. I left, and on the way home they called to tell me that because I was given 3 days worth of pain meds on the Sunday before, they would not call me any in. This was on Thursday.... so I had just gotten a tooth pulled and only 2 pain pills left from the Sunday before to make it. I was in SO much pain! I called on Friday, left a message and never got a call back. I called back on Monday, left another message, and never got a call back. When my insurance sent my EOB, I saw they over charged me. I called them, left a message. nobody called back. I called back again and got someone, who said she could only take a message. I finally had to send them a pic of my EOB, and they called me back to tell me they would refund me, but it would be next month because they only write checks once a month. Don't go to this office if you want good care and customer service! They left me in SO much pain and never cared to call me back!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had from start to finish at Dr. Sam's Premier Dentistry! My first visit I was welcomed with a gift bag with a travel mug and a tour of their spacious and up-to-the minute technology of their treatment rooms. Very impressive! The staff and dental techs are very knowledgeable also very friendly, pleasant and helpful about everything. Dr. Sam is amazing! He is very caring and helpful on deciding what the best option is for your dental needs. I can't tell you how happy and excited I am with the outcome of the work I had done! I was so frustrated and unhappy for so many years with the way my situation was dealing with my upper front teeth. I hated the way I looked and this had a big impact on my life for many years until I met Dr. Sam. I feel so much better about my self and so happy now I could do a happy dance! Thank you so much for all you have done for me! I greatly appreciate you and your excellent staff for making me have a much needed positive attitude on my life.
