Denied service because I was late (I was the last patient of the day, and was told not to rebook because of this). Get over yourself doc. People have lives too, sorry you're gonna be late for your tee time.

Despite being fully aware of the urgency of the patient’s medical condition, this family physician refused to issue a referral to a specialist. We had to personally contact the specialists required. Pick one, explain the urgency ourselves, confirm whether the specialist would accept the patient. Even after completing these steps, we informed this family physician, he still declined to write the referral.
