I’m so happy that I changed my primary care physician and chose Dr. Samira. She is a very cheerful, polite, and professional doctor.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ovshaev but never got to see her. I confirmed with both the front desk and a PA that she was there, yet after waiting 45 minutes and another 30 minutes with the PA, a different doctor came in without any explanation or asking if I was okay with the switch. I drove 30 minutes just to be misled and ultimately never met the doctor I booked the appointment for. Very disappointing experience.
