I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this OB/GYN office. I originally went in for a yeast infection, expecting a straightforward evaluation and treatment. Instead, the visit felt completely unnecessary, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I was pressured into getting both a Pap smear and a vaginal ultrasound. I so love this doctor and her staff they are so nice
I was referred to this Dr by my PCP. I am furious as I don't why on earth did he send me by this sick woman to endanger my life. After a yr of having the referral I decided to finally visit a gynecologist only to discuss certain things. I had no issues prior to my visit to this evil woman. Upon my visit, the medical assistant asked me if I ever had a pap smear. I said no, she said she's putting me down to do a pap smear. I said I am not here to do a pap smear today. Unprofessional management learn to speak to patients in a professional manner disgusting behavior !!! Dr Samina needs to stay within her scope of practice and teach her staff how to handle things in a professional manner Wasted time on a video call because a patient already did blood work with her pcp when this could have been handled for her to get the results come on be realistic. This is why this office rating is at 2 stars Do better! Everything is not about money!!!!!
