Very bad, cancel appointment, not informed patients
Love Dr. Qureshi but since she joined this Elite Group everything is a nightmare so really considering a new primary doctor!!
I love Dr. Samina. She is thorough, patient and kind. HOWEVER, ever since Elite Health came into the picture, I am seriously thinking about changing doctors. She called to tell me I had an abnormal Pap smear and needed to see someone else, and that one of her staff would call me with the information. That was a month ago. I have left several messages, even spent a half hour on the phone with someone in their “back office,” (call center) and I’ve heard NOTHING.
