She wouldn't listen couldn't get anyone on the phone for appointments or ask questions unprofessional she sent me my medical records without my consent sent me a bill followed by a survey I filled it out and its all bad news she shouldn't be a doctor
I got very lucky to find a good psychiatrist on my first try. I made an appointment with her on the recommendation of a friend who after many doctors found her to be the very best. I absolutely hate the oak forest office beyond belief, it's super creepy, I wish I had known about the Lombard office to begin with but oh well. She tends to forget what meds I'm on each time I go in, but who can blame her I guess.
