Unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with Dr. Sami Abu Farha. On multiple occasions, I’ve felt rushed through my appointments, as if my concerns weren’t worth the time. He’s always in a hurry, and makes it clear he wants the appointment to end quickly. He often seems more focused on getting to the next patient than actually listening to the one in front of him. I’ve been a patient of this clinic for years because my family doctor is truly amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and always attentive. However, the front desk staff has consistently been a problem, and after today, I’ve decided not to return. I recently called to ask if they accepted my new insurance and whether it was active. No one ever called me back. When I tried to follow up, I was put on hold repeatedly, and eventually, my calls went straight to voicemail it honestly felt like they blocked my number. Worse manager over. The front office staff is very nice, and the doctor is great as well. However, I feel that his wife is overly involved, acting as if she is the doctor. I do not appreciate the way she interacts with the employees, and I believe things would be better if she took a step back.
