Saw this physician when I was 16 years old some years ago.Elfallal came in with two nurses, made no attempt to hide his flirtatious behavior with them. After he finished flirting, he sat and started routinely reviewing the chart. He gave me 2 minutes of his time, just long enough to tell me I had a broken back and multiple bulging discs.
