Blatant lack of empathy from his office staff. On 5/19, I called a wk before my colonoscopy and asked twice to confirm whether there was anything else I needed to do differently prior to the 2 day prep and was told no both times. My husband had a colonoscopy done. They removed 4 polyps. We got home he started having sever pain. Went to the ED and had to have emergency surgery. His whole stomach is now cut open from top to bottom. He perforated his bowel and bad to have a bowel resection. Thank God he was not the dr doing this surgery. When I asked the surgeon what happened he replied with "he cut too deep" my husband will be in the hospital for 5 days and off work for 6 weeks. All from a preventive colonoscopy. He will never touch my husband again. N... read more
