Blatant lack of empathy from his office staff. On 5/19, I called a wk before my colonoscopy and asked twice to confirm whether there was anything else I needed to do differently prior to the 2 day prep and was told no both times. Well after I started the two day prep, only having water and starting the laxatives, a family member told me I shouldn’t eat seeds/nuts the wk before either. I'm writing on behalf of my wife who has been a patient (for this illness) at your practice since January 2025. I would have sent an email, but your website only provides a phone number for contact. My wife has been suffering from severe digestive issues since mid-January. Her symptoms have been debilitating—causing extreme pain after eating, irregular bowel movements, and forcing her to miss work repeatedly. My husband had a colonoscopy done. They removed 4 polyps. We got home he started having sever pain. Went to the ED and had to have emergency surgery. His whole stomach is now cut open from top to bottom. He perforated his bowel and bad to have a bowel resection. Thank God he was not the dr doing this surgery. When I asked the surgeon what happened he replied with "he cut too deep" my husband will be in the hospital for 5 days and off work for 6 weeks. All from a preventive colonoscopy. He will never touch my husband again. N... read more
