This review is for the receptionist of the clinic and not the doctor. My daughter called wanting to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude, told her to find a walk-in clinic and hung up on her. I called back to understand why and she said that she wasted 5 minutes looking up her name only to find out she is not a patient at the clinic, which she never asked my daughter. She did not explain that they are not taking new patients. Horrible manners for a clinic receptionist!!!
Talking to other people about how he practices they seem to think it’s not good. He said I had a hernia but then said I didn’t after my second ultra sound. He even felt for it originally. Plus they make you pay an extra fee to get a refill for a prescription. So now I have to wait two weeks because I don’t want to pay for it. It’s just a mess. Also the receptionist are not the nicest. Other than difficulty getting an appointment I have no complaints about Dr. Fikry or his staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
They treated me in a well mannered way and helped me with everything I needed they are quick and very friendly!
Dr Fikry is professional , friendly , personable and listens , and his advices / precriptions help . Not long waits for appointments or waiting room. Dr is very calm, lots of patience and provide quality care. Thank you , Dr. Fikry for all your help! Absolute 5 stairs !!
