Dr Rao was always very kind and answered all of my questions and she allowed me to make choices for myself. The surgery went well. I feel much better having gone through with the surgery.
Though I don’t doubt Dr Rao’s expertise/credentials, like many specialists in my experience I felt dismissed and my experience discounted. Not a helpful visit overall.

I have been a patient for 10 years. Yesterday's visit was for an injection in my bladder. No waiting to be called back & Dr. Rao came in quickly & procedure was completed without issues. I have already recommended Dr Raoto my sister & to my daughter. She is the best.
Dr Rao was very professional and friendly taking good care of me.
She listened to my previous treatment history, family genetics and present medical conditions. She outlined my options.
She is very nice, she listened to me and gave me all the information I needed plus gave me options and my whole appointment took about 30min total I am impressed
