Please do not go see this doctor. She doesn’t care about the patient, she’s only looking at numbers and what insurance covers. I scheduled with her regarding a thyroid issue and she did not even bother doing an physical examination. She completely disregarded all of my problems and rushed the appointment.

I saw Dr. Basani for a thyroid biopsy. I found her to be very prompt, informative, caring and reassuring. My only complaint is that I made the first appointment expecting to get the biopsy I had been referred for on that day. The first appointment was just a brief intake. She scheduled me in for the biopsy in less than a week. I did have to pay my $125 copay twice and wish the office staff would have told me I was getting the biopsy on the first visit. I would see her again.

I have been seeing Dr. Basani for several years. Previous Endocrinologist was 20+ years. I looked around for a couple years after my prior one retired and found Dr Basani. She listens, she asks questions and I am not rushed. She has great info to provide me and it has made a difference! I highly recommend her if you are looking for an Endocrinologist!

I have visited Dr. Basani several times. This time, I had an appointment, but a different doctor saw me instead. They didn’t inform me that Dr. Basani wasn’t there. The new doctor examined me, ordered a blood test, and told me to wait for the results. After three weeks, I didn’t receive any call from the doctor’s office. When I called them, the staff said, “Oh, the doctor hasn’t called you yet? Sometimes we trust the doctors and put everything in their hands. You are definitely going to regret if you do that here. The diagnosis keeps changing with every question you ask. As many others shared their reviews, the medication auto refills keep getting cancelled without notice. They make you visit the clinic for every refill with no proper reason. They make you wait for a week before giving you the daily mandatory thyroid medication. Complete lack of care from the front office and the nurses. Not sure how this clinic is... read more
