I was very impressed with Dr. Reddy but very disappointed that I was left waiting in the reception area for TWO HOURS before I was called into the office. Michael Schiffman, MD, PhD
My last visit was close to perfect. I was seen right away. The phlebotomist was kind and caring and asked important questions. I was taken directly to a room and waited just a few minutes for Dr Reddy’s PA. She went over my blood results in detail, asked if I needed to refill any prescriptions and scheduled another appointment. Thank you for your kind and caring staff and doctors and your facility.
The wait for a patient that’s not feeling good is to long
Dr. Reddy is a very understanding and considerate towards me as a patient and my choice as a patient Doctor. He has brought me out of a place of feeling like I dread going to my visits and because of his sincere beside manners I am not afraid to refer anyone to him as a doctor. He's very thorough, direct, informative, concerning my health without making me feel like offend him; he shows genuine compassion which leads me to believe he cares.
