Dr Friedman is wonderful, pragmatic, clear and very soft!
The experience was very disappointing. The staff member was rude, and it appears that whoever scheduled the appointment did not take the correct information. Because of this, the appointment ended up being a complete waste of time and required us to take unnecessary time off from work. Additionally, the representative spoke to my husband in a dismissive and condescending manner, as if he did not understand what he was saying when he explained the amount of income. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
We love doctor Friedman. She’s super sweet and a true professional. Excels at her job.
