I have to say I have never had a doctor like her. She really is showing me a different side of the doctor and patient relationship spectrum. Not only does she explain everything, but she also includes me in the conversation about my health.
Went in yesterday to get relief for ongoing pain my legs . Had to do a medical leave of absence. Dr immediately so she won’t fill out any paperwork . Ok.. I told her I’ll have to find someone that does but she does prescribe me some medication which is going to help right ? Go to pick it up from the pharmacy to be told she hasn’t verified anything with them . I call the office and say the drs out but they sent her a text . Dr. Von Ins is incredible. If you're still reading this, I'll elaborate. I am a middle age male that requires care for a handful of health issues. Discussing these over the years with my previous PCP and their connecting physician community also left me feeling a bit uninformed and wanting more. Not with Dr. Von Ins. Dr. Von Ins is caring, compassionate, down-to-earth and very good at her profession. She spends the time you need to assess the issue and patiently explains the next steps. She goes above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of. She's rescued me and my family so many times. She's helped me with migraine pain management, which has made the difference between night and day. She's helped my son and me with recurring colds and helped identify long term wellness solutions. I could give 100 stars review about Dr. von Ins if I could. She has done much more than my 3 other doctors combined. Setting up an appointment with Dr. Von Ins was so easy and she took an hour!!! to examine my condition. I didn't feel rushed at all. She reviewed all my medications including anti depression, heart and sleeping pills. She tried to figure out the root cause s of my issues and recommended better meds and life style advice.
