Dr. Fawcett is a doctor that listens to her patients and is detailed oriented. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to diagnosing her patients and meeting their health care needs. She is also my mom’s doctor, now. She was so kind and caring to my 90 year old mom. She takes such good care of her, and read through her files for her first visit and was prepared to do referrals for all the doctors she needed to see. I have been a patient of Dr. Spurlock since 2008. I feel that I am extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet someone who is as caring and concerned as Dr. Spurlock. He not only has truly listened to me, he heard me. He sees me and me only during our appointments. He has never judged me or acted as if could careless. He is very compassionate and understanding! Why would you become an OBGYN if you have no empathy or basic bedside manner what so ever. Sarah Newman is the most evil person I have ever met. She treats the nurses that help her like garbage and not only them but her patients as well. I witnessed her call a patient 'a stupid little Bxtch' because she came in laboring while Sarah was at her child's hockey game. WOW it's almost like that's your literal job ma'am?! Saw Dr Ballard yesterday at Meritas Gashland through their urgent care. Walked in before 5:30 & his nurse took me in promptly. The roof of mouth is extremely sore. It appears as if it's been burnt by something but that isn't the case. He just kind of spitballed it & ended up saying he'd call in a script for a mouth rinse. If it still was bothering me to follow up my primary doctor or my dentist. Went to CVS to p/u the script. Dr J is an outstanding physician! He always takes the time to really listen to what I have to say, and when I have issues he goes through all the different possible courses of treatment in great detail. He makes sure I am actively involved in my healthcare and the decision making. He is friendly, caring, and shows true concern for his patients.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ballard for years. He is a thorough and wonderful doctor. I trust him completely with my family's care. He listens and works to resolve health issues, rather than brushing symptoms off. He is a compassionate doctor who truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients.

Dr. Faucett took the time to sit down and listen and was very engaging with my questions, concerns with the issues at hand. She did not get is a rush and I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Dr. Faucett. Super nice person and would highly recommend her.
