The absolute worst “eye doctor” I’ve been to. Completely misdiagnosed me, sent me to a specialist and then refused to send the specialist a referral so that my insurance would cover it. I called 5 times and the receptionist kept lying that she sent it. On the 5th call she admitted that it was never sent because I shouldn’t need one. After asking around I have found that she had misdiagnosed many others. Save yourself a ton of money and aggravation and go elsewhere.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Love. She is very professional and cares about her patients. However, the staff (receptionist & staff members) need to be trained on professionalism. They recently moved offices, their new location is hard to find. My mom was having difficulty finding the location and the gps kept rerouting her. My mom called the office to let them know and they just kept yelling at her “YOU’RE LATE! YOU’RE late!” Instead of offering her help as to how to get to the clinic.
