Great doctor! Incredibly professional and highly respected in the city of Winnipeg.
Dr. Samantha Bell is a kind and caring doctor. However, the administrative side of her practice is difficult to navigate. Her online platform where results of the visits are posted is hard to access for a family unit and hard to receive the promised reports. Due to that issue my children were given their own platform/login to use. After making an appointment for my underage daughter in December, which she attended, a follow up appointment was made for her without my consent or knowledge.
