I wish there was a zero to rate this place. Doctor Khan is amazing but his staff is unprofessional. They never pickup phone. I had to call them 1000 times to ask them to send my husband’s paper work to the PT place ( which they were suppose to do themselves) receptionist will tell you that she will return the call after finding the details but she never calls back. Great family doctor!! He has helped me so much
I had a horrible experience with this team. They called me saying since I have COVID they were a part of the COVID CARE Act and doing tests for free for folks that had COVID. I went to the office for the standard tests and they turned in $350 worth of office visits and diagnosis against my insurance company whom paid the bills. Also did "regular" blood work and I would have a $800 blood work bill had I not given them my medical insurance.
