My experience was interesting. My therapist was Michelle. She did listen to me but it seems that she did not have much to say as I was explaining my struggles. She did not offer any suggestions on how to cope considering how expensive the session was I didn’t even get any exercises or any suggestions on how to deal with my trauma. I think I could have asked a friend to listen to me. Also, I told her one of my triggers and she started doing it not sure if that’s part of the healing process but I did not appreciate it.
