Last year my daughter's orthodontist referred us to Dr.Sam Verco for wisdom tooth consultation and removal. My daughter had a super numery, it was like an additional wisdom tooth which added up the complexity. I have an elder daughter that had braces for a while without having to remove her wisdom teeth. When I tried to discuss the options with Sam Verco, he was not ready to hear alternate views and said I was making silly arguments as he favoured removing all of them. Thank you to Sam Verco and his team. They took such great care of my dad after he broke a tooth, his surgery was organised quickly and easily. We are so grateful that everything could be sorted without any more stress. The reception staff were lovely and did an excellent job explaining the process and guiding us through each step. Recovery has been smooth and we’re all very happy it’s been taken care of.
Unprofessional and unethical. I would appreciate it if your clinic stopped calling me to push for the removal of my child’s wisdom teeth. I have clearly stated that I am not interested in pursuing this procedure. You already have a letter from my orthodontist confirming that she does not recommend it, as well as a second opinion from another dentist stating it is unnecessary. I saw Dr Verco today about my inner cheek to find out it is okay , then he went on to say I need 2 wisdom teeth removed . I have no problem or pain with them . Has any one had the same situation ? ? For I was in shock with this news.
Two of my three children have undergone procedures with Dr. Sam Verco — one had jaw surgery and wisdom teeth removal, and the other had wisdom teeth removal and tooth exposure. In both instances, Dr. Verco made them feel completely at ease.
