If I could give him zero stars. I would! At the first appointment he acted like he cared but then I went in for a second appointment and he dismissed my symptoms. I have tested positive twice for lupus and he just said oh you don’t have it without even listening to me. He is condescending and I was asking about “MCAS” and he said “What did you hear that on TIKTOK”. Had 2 appointments with Dr. Serafi. I give doctors the benefit of the doubt. He couldn’t figure out what’s going on with me and he told me if I would like to discuss more to make another appointment so I did. At the appointment he asked me why I was there and what do I want him to do. I told him he’s the doctor . He’s supposed to help me out. He has horrible bedside manner. Would never recommend him to anyone. Going to John’s Hopkins where they actually care about their patients. He was a waste of time.
Dr. Serafi really takes the time to listen to you! He is very nice and responds quickly in the portal. I also don’t have a problem getting a last minute appointment when other offices can’t see you for months.
Best doctor I have ever met! He's extremely nice and shows he cares about your health. He Immediately told me to call him Sam instead of his last name. He did blood lab panels on me that no other doctor felt was necessary......and they were necessary! Thank you Sam!
I met with him today and he sat with me, answered my questions, and was so kind in helping me figure out next steps. He is a comprehensive provider and I would recommend him to anyone in Baltimore seeking a rheumatologist.
