I wanted to share my concern regarding the scheduling process at this facility. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, yet the doctor did not arrive at all with no communication or update provided during that time. I waited 45 minutes and left. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand that delays can happen. However, I also know how disrespectful and frustrating it can feel for a patient to sit and wait without acknowledgment or explanation.
