Dr Sally was there for me from the beginning, she helped me get my cycle sorted and we had regular check which ultimately got us our family, she was thorough and fantastic through the entire pregnancy. Will be using her again this year to help grow our family
Had appointment booked and refused to explain why she cancelled. Don’t recommend
Had scheduled a scan with Sally in 6 weeks from 1st visit. Come to that day, I had a 5 min chat and no scan after waiting in reception, 20 mins past my appointment time. Was told to go to Mackay radiology for my scan instead and then to visit her. I was charged $130 for that. The “goal” was to have a scan 7 day post menstrual cycle (if I had known that I would’ve called to reschedule my scanning appointment with her) Reception has no customer service, not even a friendly hello.
