Dentist and hygienist are very friendly. But unfortunately have had several very negative encounters with front desk staff, Liz. She has a very disrespectful and poor tone when answering questions about the breakdown of my bill, or when i’ve called to modify bookings. I will be leaving this clinic as even though the actual dental care is fine, it is not worth the poor treatment of the front desk staff.
I highly recommend this clinic. They did an amazing job, and I had a great experience. Profesional and friendly staff.
Very professional great dentist and staff. Lots of street parking and two hour free parking in the basement. If you live in North Vancouver this a great clean dentist office. The only downside to this practice is the last appointment of the day is at 430.
Sally is a new client of mine, and I am now a new client of hers. She is lovely, classy, kind and competent. Her office in Edgemont Village is beautiful. I am very happy!
