Botched frontal lobe brain tumor removal, and more damage caused by her follow surgery to find her mistake. Afterwords, an ENT fixed her mistake with a simple non-surgical procedure. Patient suffered for three years with damage to her sinuses and eye socket because of Dr. Lee's errors.

I was admitted as a quadriplegic and walked out with all my faculties. They have the best PT’s who care about you. There’s not enough stars to do justice for the quality of care you receive.

If I was offered 10 stars I would certainly award Banner 10 stars!  From Vee the receptionist, to every nurse, the Occupational Therapist, Physical Theriapists, the Dr.s, the support staff responsible for maintenance and taking food orders, absolutely wonderful people!  I have never been as impressed with the kindness shown me after my emergency hip surgery at Banner University on 2/25.  Even the transport driver was wonderful.  What ever Banner Rehabilitation does during their interviewing is just perfect.   I want to thank... read more

Awesome! I had to wait a couple of months for an appointment and it was well worth the wait. Dr. Adarsh Sai was, in a word, fantastic. He was on time for the appointment, alert, easy to speak with and a proactive listener. He addressed my (many) concerns with clarity and good sense options , and cheerily and clearly offered his insight and protocol for me to heal moving forward. being in this rehab for 2 weeks in October 9th to 26th I RECEIVED THE BEST CARE EVER. THE TEAM WORKEDWELL TOGETHER AND HELPED ME THROUGH SOME PAINFUL TIME. to me they were great;; There kindness and attitudes were tops. THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THEIR COFFEE TASTE BAD. The PT and OT were caring, and they motivated you with truly love of what they do. IF I EVER HAD TO COME BACK IN THE FUTURE ,HOPEFULLY NOt, i would in a heart beat!!!

First off let me say I'm 81 and have had my share of physical therapy sessions. This last round I had the very good fortune of having Vince Diaz at 20045 N 19th assigned to me. I would have to rate Vince as the best therapist I've had. He listens, adjusts the session to how I'm responding and most importantly explains why he is doing what he is doing in a way I could understand it. Vince thank you.

My mother who just had hip replacement surgery 4 days ago went to this place for her first PT session and had a horrible experience. She (we) don't typically complain or spend time writing reviews but felt compelled to share her experience.. We arrived to this Banner PT office that was overcrowded- what happened to social distancing? No ramps to assist her getting into the office, PT was young and was not prepared for her arrival..Thought she had a knee replacement, when her tee shirt clearly tells you she is right out of ... read more

I have just completed a course of 37 rehab sessions at Rebound Physical Therapy, Pinnacle Peak. Everyone there has been wonderful — experienced, well-qualified, dedicated, super-helpful, cheerful, encouraging and genuinely friendly — but too many to name individually. There seems no doubt that the quality of the treatment is very high. Perhaps the best way to show my appreciation to all the people there is to post this on some review sites.
