I had UTI and went to a 24 hr urgent care at the middle of the night because of unbearable pain when I urinate.. Antibiotics was started, urinalysis and urine culture was done at urgent care clinic . They don't don't how to keep their files in check. Surprised they didn't accidentally murdered someone by mixing up the files. If you're going to pay it cash, make sure you keep the receipt for it for longer than a year. Or they will say you didn't pay and tell you only way is to show them a receipt or pay again. Dr.Sally Vetter is an excellent doctor. I was dealing with a reoccurring issue and she was the doctor on call that weekend. She is the first Kelsey Seybold doctor that really tried to figure out what was going on with me. I wanted her to be my PCPbut at the time she was only available on Weekends . This is by far one of the MDs who really tries to go above and beyond and help a patient ...thank you
