He's always been great with my brother, Kenneth Johnson, but he had to stop seeing him because his medicaid was changed to Molina.
This man prescribes antidepressants without really telling them THAT IT IS ONE. Does he know what MCAS is? I doubt it. They treat you like a walking money bag at this place. "Dr" Jaafar doesn't take care of his senior patients. Heck, he doesn't care about any of us. I was dropped line a hot potato years ago and have moved on. However, he STILL treats people I know. He treats them badly. I'm afraid they will die. Keep removing my review, I'll keep adding it back. -Screenshot added-
2:04 p.m. 12/29/2005 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone!!!! Extremely rude female who has ZERO customer service skills. Attempted to ask a question today over the phone as a potential new patient. Young sounding lady literally sighed out loud when I kindly asked her to repeat herself. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. One percent sure Dr. Jaafar has no idea how rude his front desk staff is. Please train your staff better
The staff is ridiculous. Be careful if you have elderly parents we need to make sure that the staff is not talking down talking to them just because they’re older. My mom signed in for her 9 am appointment waited 45 minutes no one called her she asked since it was just labs what the hold up could be? the girl in the front told her she didn’t have anything to do with it 🙄 that my mom herself had to walk down to where they lab is behind the door and ask why they haven’t called her.
