The staff is ridiculous. Be careful if you have elderly parents we need to make sure that the staff is not talking down talking to them just because they’re older. My mom signed in for her 9 am appointment waited 45 minutes no one called her she asked since it was just labs what the hold up could be? the girl in the front told her she didn’t have anything to do with it 🙄 that my mom herself had to walk down to where they lab is behind the door and ask why they haven’t called her. I think they changed staff at the Castroville location because the front staff not as friendly and the one that did referrals before was nice and would tell you what dr they sent you to but the one now doesn't you get a text that they sent the referral but not who the dr is or the phone number they don't tell you if they going to call you or if you should call them. then when you call to ask the name of where the referral was sent to they say well you should know that already we sent you that info when you really didnt get i... read more

I had an appointment with Dr Jaafar on 11/06/23 for referrals. After sitting and waiting 30 minutes to be seen, he finally came but after he sent another doctor in to see me. I told this doctor I wanted to see Dr Jaafar and not him. After Dr Jaafar came in he said he could only do one referral. Dr Jaafar has been my doctor for the last 30+ years.
