The doctors are great no problem with them now the nurses line on the other hand is horrible they can’t take 5 minutes of their time to return as phone call even ProMedica can do that their excuse is seeing patients all day long ok but I called Monday to get ct results and no one could take the time to tell me what was going on and all they want is my chat usage because they can’t be bothered it’s absolutely unbelievable the lack of communication

Dr Zafar and his entire team are absolutely phenomenal. Literally 5 hours ago I had a cystoscopy laser hematuria with stents. When I woke up from anesthesia the relief was INSTANT! I had two large kidney stones. One was stuck causing excruciating pain and major bleeding. The other was in my kidney. Yes, I was a little nervous about the whole procedure but Dr Zafars smile and sincere care will calm your doubts. Five stars is not enough to thank the best urologist in the city. You will be in good hands. God bless☺️
