This practice was a waste of our time. The physician rushed through our appointments and treated me like I was dumb. Getting a question answered via portal or phone call took repeated attempts and ultimately the staff was not helpful. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I care about.
I’m writing this review to urge others to carefully check their billing details. We always pay a $75 copay at each visit, which is quite high with our insurance plan. We make sure to pay the copay upfront so we don't receive future bills or deal with unnecessary follow-ups. However, despite paying the copay at every visit, we keep receiving billing statements at the next appointment claiming we didn’t pay during the previous visit. Dr. Sakseba does not care about her patients. Rushed through the visits and does not follow up. Extremely unprofessional staff. Hard to get in touch with. Very disorganized front office staff. Kristine extremely unhelpful.
