Takes months to see Dr Bajowala, so I just settled for the PA to do allergy testing and get shots started. Right away it was clear communication was an issue, and I have never seen an office staff so unfriendly. No one says hello, or seems interested in helping you. Several times my questions were met wtih hostility. Dr. Bajowala is friendly, highly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She personally checked my results, took the time to explain them to me and defined a clear plan for treatment. Highly professional and highly engaging - absolutely excellent!
