Everyone very nice and made you feel comfortable! Dr S. Ansari ,MD was very polite and thorough and explained procedure and results and concerned if you had any questions!
He is a fantastic G.I. doctor. He has helped me with my acid reflux issues. Explains things very well.
The woman at check in refused to enter my new insurance from my phone. Said I wasn’t on the card. My husband, the subscriber, name is on card but if she’d bother looking into she would see my name. Had to pay $140 cash because someone doesn’t know how to do their job! Not very impressed by doctor either. Will never go back there! I don’t want someone who thinks that person at the desk is a good was a good hire.job really don’t want that person being in charge of my care. Beware!
Dr is great but staff snacking at front desk is not appropriate. Emma should change her bossy attitude and great patients more delicate they are there for an illness. Patients make her pay check.
