I’ve been here 2 hours sitting in the waiting room. My deductible for the year has been met. I showed the receptionist screenshots from my app and had her speak with an advocate from my insurance company. My individual deductible was met and shows that I’m covered at 100%. The billing department states that the family deductible is not met so I would need to pay $200+ today. The advocate from the insurance company wanted to speak with the billing department.
