Today, I saw Doctor Gaddam. His staff was professional. The doctor's bedside manners was A1. Im a nurse. I was very impressed.
Dr Goddam is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to the patients concerns, unfortunately his office is run very poorly. The phone is rarely answered in a timely manner, it takes days for them to get back to you if you leave a message, and they fail to follow up in scheduling special tests. I'm sorry to say, but this is the poorest run, medical practice, l have ever been to.
Charges for a test to be done ..this makes sense. But charging for a patient to get results from the paid test is ridiculous.
I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Sainath Gaddam. He embodies the qualities one hopes for in a healthcare provider – expertise, compassion, and a commitment to the well-being of his patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sainath Gaddam to anyone in search of a cardiologist doctor.
