Constantly when I call , get left on hold for 9-10 minutes straight with no one coming back on the line, this has happened like 3 times in the past 2 weeks, needing some important questions answered prior to upcoming stress test. Never got any calls back either. I’ve had issues with front office in few occasions but now not getting people on the phone is a problem…. If this doesn’t stop I’ll be forced to find another cardiologist as my parent who comes here is a critical patient and not having this.
I called to set up an appointment with his office. His staff told the earliest they could see me was March 2nd unless I got a referral. I adviced the staff at my doctors office and staff at my doctors office told me that they were told even after having a referral, the earliest they could see me is March 4 which tells me I was lied to. I called his office to see if I could my appointment time moved because of what i was told from the previous phone call. His staff member strangely told me she would call me back in 5 minutes.... read more
Dr. Sai was nice. My case was never followed up on due to the front desk being short staffed. My primary care doctor had to call them to try to get something accomplished. I switched doctors now. 8 months after a test they billed me because they couldn't see the insurance paid them so they decided to bill me instead. They didn't reach out to insurance - just decided to bill me so I had to do the leg work with my insurance company. Thankful for my insurance company being on top of them.
Dr Sahara Sadanandan is a true professional Cardiologist and I highly recommend him for any type of treatment you may need to have performed. Extremely knowledgeable and treats you like a real patient with respect and kindness. Thank you Dr Si for my recent procedure I would recommend you to anyone who could use your support. Mal Wolfson
Dr. Sai performed a procedure that another Dr. Said it couldn't be done. He is the best Dr. I have ever known. I call him the Miracle Dr. He is personal, kind, intelligent and gets the procedure done. I haven't been able to walk more than a quarter of a mile without pain for 6 years. Now I can walk without the pain.
