He didn’t respect my right to choose where I receive a test by stating the place I wanted to go doesn’t perform the test, when actually he didn’t know for sure
He lied about not being able to send a requisition form for a simple test. A walk in clinic confirmed this. He also uses an obnoxious AI agent because he wants to cut costs
