Called several months ago for a new patient apt. About 2 weeks before the apt I called to make sure I was still scheduled and asked what I needed to bring…was told photo id and insurance card. When I got to the office on Thursday morning I was told they didn’t have my referral and they didn’t think I would be seen. I said that my ins didn’t require a referral and that I hadn’t been told to get 1 by either of their employees on the phone. Worst experience!
Dr. Jarugula is very knowledgeable and explains things so I can understand what she means. She takes her time during my visits and doesn't rush.
I have been patient of Doctor Jarugala for a couple of years now. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with her and her staff have always been treated more than fair. I am very picky about doctors since I have been a patient with Epilesy and arthritis my entire life I amean very used to doctors and how a person is handled and treated.
