After years of dealing with chronic pain and low iron, I finally decided to have a hysterectomy. I was incredibly nervous because I'd heard so many horror stories about the recovery, and my surgery was quite complex. If I could give 0 stars I would! I do not recommend anyone going to Dr Sahar Abdullah. I had a very disappointing experience with her and I am completely unsatisfied. There is no communication with her whatsoever, she does not return any calls/emails and it's very hard to get a hold of her and the reception. The only time I got a call back from them was to make some sort of payment. I had my baby with Dr. Sahar in 2021, and unfortunately, my experience with her and the clinic staff was disappointing. From the start, the clinic insisted I pay the full fee weeks in advance, which I didn’t mind. However, I noticed a stark difference in how I was treated compared to other clients. For example, a woman ahead of me (who happened to be white) mentioned she wanted to pay later, and the staff was perfectly fine with it. I took my mother to Dr Sahar Abdullah to Northpark Private hospital. Extremely overcharged ! Reception gave false information about medicare rebates. Never gave information about overall costs. They booked my mother for a review consult, said another $180 !! Ridiculous greed. Possibly, she is not a bad doctor, but we cannot build any opinion after such a ruthless rip-off !!! Never again.
