Dr Bera always listens and I never feel rushed in my appointments. My concerns are always taken seriously and I never have to fight or push to get referrals to specialists. He is also great with communication via the messaging on the UCLA app. It is also nice that there is a lab and x-rays on site.

I appreciated the doctor's knowledge, but I had concerns about their communication style, especially when discussing my feedback regarding the care received. The tone used felt patronizing and argumentative.. It's important for patients to feel respected and listened to, rather than feeling like they are asking for a favor.
