Eye opening. I will continue to seek for the preventative allergy wellness at different location.
Doctor is fine if you are a straightforward case. But it's a problem when the ALLERGIST puts you into anaphylactic shock and then doesn't even know what to do, so calls an ambulance and sends you to the Emergency Room so you can be their problem instead. Oh and I get to pay 8000 USD due to their incompetence AND she charged the insurance for putting you into the situation in the first place. If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible bedside manner, I felt like a cash machine. Everyone just asked for a credit card and we’re no help with the insurance company. Everyone acted like we should know what to do without being told. I’ve never seen so many people rude to a 10 year old. We never recommend this place. We won’t be back.
