I HAVE HAD IT WITH THE UP AND DOWN THE LEFT AND RIGHT. Between dismissal of my issues, booking issues, seldom calling during appointed hours, the worst visual setup, and a lack of competence… I AM DONE. UNACCEPTABLE IS UNACCEPTABLE
The reality is, this poor man has to overwork because our system is broken. It’s not his fault, he’s only human. Even if he can’t give me adequate care, I am grateful to be able to receive care at all. This system needs a major over haul.
I have been a patient of this family doctor for approximately 15 years. Unfortunately, despite the long duration of care, I have found the level of support to be inconsistent and often unhelpful. Follow-ups are frequently delayed or not completed, and referrals to specialists require repeated requests and significant persistence on my part. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There were ongoing issues with poor record-keeping and missed details, and I felt the care lacked empathy and compassion. This doctor consistently refuses to complete letters or forms and makes patients feel uncomfortable for even asking. Every request feels like an inconvenience rather than part of basic care.
