I would avoid Dr. Kulkarni at all costs. Because of her I was declared legally blind after she failed to diagnose me correctly. My vision has improved somewhat but it is still severely impaired. I was referred to her to monitor me for optic nerve toxicity from a drug I was taking . When I told her I was having symptoms that indicated toxicity she totally dismissed my concerns, said I didn’t have it so I kept on with the drug. She should have told me stop taking it immediately. Office staff were great but the Doctor was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Will not go back.
Very poor customer service. Can't get a hold of anyone to cancel or book appointments because they are closed, not taking calls at that moment and can't leave a message 😭 for callback. That is not my idea of how to provide a service.
Fake friendly. Heaven forbid her recommendation doesn't work then you will truly see her real personality. Rude, and confrontational and went out of her way to try and belittle. Shocking really how Dr Kulkarni can treat people in small towns and think it doesn't get around. I will not be following up.
