I have very mixed feelings about this office. The doctor herself is genuinely great—when you actually get to see her, she’s attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have no complaints about her care during the appointment. Unfortunately, everything surrounding that experience is incredibly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get in to see her, and the follow-through afterward has been unacceptable.
