they cancelled my appointment because i didn’t double confirm with little notice: a practice nobody informed me about, or i would’ve turned on my ringer or looked at my phone more during a workday. then the receptionist threw an old appointment i cancelled back in my face in what felt like a weird power move… extremely unprofessional
